I understand that The Humane Society of Western Montana (HSWM) , including its partners and affiliates, operates cameras including video cameras that both broadcast and store images of HSWM activities. I further understand that my image may be captured by the HSWM cameras while I am engaged in HSWM activities, either on or off HSWM, including but not limited to Veterinary Outreach programs. I understand that the Media may be used in various formats including, but not limited to, print materials, websites, social media platforms, and other digital media. I also understand that the Media may be used indefinitely, throughout the world, and in any manner deemed appropriate by HSWM. I hereby authorize HSWM to use and or publish all live or stored images of me engaging in activities at HSWM as captured by the HSWM cameras. I further expressly authorize HSWM and its affiliates to utilize any such images for advertising or promotional and fundraising purposes, including but not limited to printed and electronic publications to promote HSWM or its affiliates’ activities. I acknowledge that I am 18 years of age or older, and that I am freely and voluntarily granting this consent. I hereby release and hold harmless HSWM, its employees, contractors, and agents, from any and all claims, demands, causes of action, and liability arising from or related to the use of my Media.
